Sometimes things break or just plain wear out. If something needs urgent attention, and by urgent we mean that it’s causing damage or is dangerously unsafe, contact us right away.

No Power? Check the www.outages.topenergy.co.nz  power. If you still have an issue, contact us.

No water on town supply? Check with FNDC, and with your neighbours to see if they have water. If you still have an issue, contact us.

For assistance with non-urgent matters please email with details of the problem and if possible, photos and we’ll organise repairs as quickly as we can. 

Please don’t phone or text us with non-urgent maintenance requests. Send an email with details of the problem and if possible photos, as this will help us to quickly troubleshoot the problem and send the right people.

If you arrange your own maintenance without our authorisation we can’t guarantee you will be refunded for the expense so, please contact us first.

Please also be aware that if you request a repair and the attending tradesperson finds no issue, you will be charged the call-out fee.
