We'll spend time with you talking about what you want to achieve by renting out your property and advise you on how to best prepare your house for rent. Then we’ll get the paperwork sorted and start looking for great tenants to move in as soon as you’re ready.
We have excellent marketing and advertising including 360 degree virtual tours which is backed up by efficient systems that make it easy for tenants to view your property and follow through with an application, thereby minimising vacancy time.
We have robust credit and reference checking processes and won’t place a tenant if we’re not 100% happy with them.
We recommend routine inspections every 3 - 4 months or more often if we think they're need to ensure the tenants are meeting the obligations set out in the tenancy agreement and that your property is well maintained, reducing the risk and long-term costs of the property falling into disrepair.
The inspection reports, together with 360 degree photos taken during the inspection, will be sent to you shortly after our visit to the property.
