The former owner of Bay of Islands Property Management has decades of industry experience and extensive knowledge of the Healthy Homes Act.
Just as importantly, she is a specialist in tactful liaison with tenants.

Liz Ford has been helping rental property owners to find tenants and manage properties for many years.

Liz joined Professionals Real Estate Kerikeri in 1991 as their first dedicated Property Manager. She later moved into sales but after more than a decade of successfully helping clients buying and selling homes, she joined Ngapuhi Asset Holding Company where she oversaw the purchase and development of several commercial properties and businesses.

However, residential property and rentals remained her passion, so Liz set up and ran her own property management agency which she ran for 7 years before moving into the compliance side of the business. This saw her offering Healthy Homes assessments and advising property managers and landlords on what they needed to do to comply with the Healthy Homes Standards.

She's now extending her services to private landlords assisting them, as much or as little as they want, to meet their obligations and ensure their tenancies run smoothly.
